Description.

Amerigo from 1934: restaurant, pantry and design inn.

Ottenuto da uve Sauvignon, Chardonnay e Pignoletto, trae il nome dal fatto di essere espressione delle parcelle più vocate, a 270° sulla collina Bella Vista.
Un riuscito incontro fra uvaggi di varietà internazionali -But long cultivated in the Colli Bolognesi-native excellence, Pignoletto, to create a fine blend of elegant and powerful at the same time, in which the aromaticity of the three grape blend in a harmony of flavors intense.

Obtained uve Cabernet Sauvignon prodotte da vigneti di oltre venti anni di età, viene affinato in barriques di rovere per 12-15 mesi; ha profumo fruttato ampio con note erbacee, sentori di frutti di bosco e tannini eleganti e morbidi.



... E il Colli Bolognesi DOC Cabernet Sauvignon Giòrosso 2005, imbottigliato all'origine dall'Azienda Agricola Santarosa di Giovanna Della Valentina, Monte San Pietro (BO).







(1988) Coniglio all'Aceto Balsamico tradizionale di Modena con patate schiacciate.
